OKAÏDI, SAS, with a capital of 2,928,240 euros and located at 162 Boulevard de Fourmies, 59100 Roubaix, Lille Metropolitan Area Trade and Companies Register 398.110.445. Hereinafter referred to as "OKAÏDI", and all physical persons wishing to join the OKAÏDI - OBAÏBI loyalty program. Hereinafter referred to as the "Beneficiary".
Acceptance of the loyalty program membership general terms and conditions The Benficiary acknowledges having read and accepted the terms and conditions regarding membership and use of the OKAÏDI - OBAÏBI loyalty program. These terms and conditions are available on the website: okaidi.ca OKAÏDI reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of use of its loyalty program, or terminate it, at any time.
Individuals can sign up to the OKAÏDI – OBAÏBI loyalty program in all OKAÏDI and OBAÏBI stores in Canada except factory outlets. The loyalty card will be handed directly to the Beneficiary in the store.
The OKAÏDI - OBAÏBI loyalty card is valid for one year and can be used on the okaidi.ca website and in all OKAÏDI and OBAÏBI stores in Canada except factory outlets.
One single loyalty card membership per household is allowed (household meaning all the persons residing at the same address). The OKAÏDI - OBAÏBI loyalty card is valid for one year. Its price is five dollars per year. This price may change.
An OKAÏDI card is neither a payment card nor a credit card.
Earning loyalty points:
Upon presenting the loyalty card in stores (except factory outlets), the purchases made allow you to earn points at the rate of 1 point = $1 of purchase. When the threshold of 250 points has been reached, a loyalty gift card for the amount of $10 will be sent to the Beneficiary. The remaining points earned will be accumulated with later purchases. For every birth of a child within the household (child residing at the same address as the Beneficiary) and for whom the Beneficiary is the legal representative, the card gives entitlement to a baby gift card for the amount of $10. To receive the baby gift card, the Beneficiary must inform OKAIDI of the child's birth during a visit in the store and present the Beneficiary's identity card as a supporting document along with a copy of the child's birth certificate. This information and the Beneficiary's identity card along with a copy of the child's birth certificate must be submitted at the earliest on the day of the birth and no later than six months after the child's birth. It should be noted that the Beneficiary will not be able to receive the baby gift card if the information regarding the child's birth and the Beneficiary's identity card along with a copy of the child's birth certificate are submitted after the child has reached the age of six months.
For every child within the household (child residing at the same address as the Beneficiary) and for whom the Beneficiary is the legal representative, the card gives entitlement to a birthday gift card for the amount of $10 from the child's first and up to and including the thirteenth birthday. Only the Beneficiary who is the child's legal representative can the children's birthday gift card.
Use of loyalty, baby and children's birthday gift cards: Loyalty gift cards, baby gift cards and birthday gift cards can be used by the Beneficiary in all OKAIDI and OBAIBI stores in Canada, except factory outlets, and on the okaidi.ca website, to pay for their purchases and/or to renew the loyalty card.
Loyalty gift cards, baby gift cards and birthday gift cards are valid until the expiration date indicated on your benefits. They are usable only once, are non-exchangeable and non-refundable for cash.
The OKAÏDI card is valid for one year. At the end of this year, the card must be renewed by the Beneficiary so that they can continue to benefit from the OKAÏDI-OBAÏBI loyalty card advantages. The annual price of the card is $5. This price may change. Renewal does not lead to the issuing of a new loyalty card. During renewal, the total number of points already earned by the Beneficiary will be kept for a period limited to 3 years from the loyalty card expiration date. Beyond this period, the total number of points earned by the Beneficiary will be deleted.
In case of loss or theft:
Your store will replace your card without any loss of points.
Data processing and civil liberties
Your personal information is collected and processed by OKAIDI in order to manage your loyalty card. In accordance with the French "Data Processing and Civil Liberties" Law of January 6, 1978 amended in 2004, you have the right to access and rectify your personal information by contacting the OKAIDI customer service, 162 Boulevard de Fourmies 59100 Roubaix, France. For legitimate reasons, you can also object to the processing of your personal data.
