  • ARE THE STORES OPEN?

    Good news : our stores are reopened. Reserve your items now and collect them in-store. Stay tune on Facebook @OkaidiCanada.

  • HERE IS WHAT WE ARE DOING TO KEEP YOU SAFE IN-STORE.

    We want to continue giving you the best, and safest, possible shopping experience, so let's see what we do:
      1) Wearing a mask is mandatory for anyone. Our team will have to refuse access to anyone not wearing a mask.
      2) reinforce healthy and safe measures:
          - maximum occupancy maintained in each store
          - surface areas are cleaned regularly
          - please, disinfect your hands before entering the store
          - quarantine period for all merchandise that has been handled
          - if possible pay with payment card
      3) discover a new way to shop:
          - dressing rooms are closed
          - at the till, stop at the signs on the floor to respect social distancing
    Do not enter the store if
          - you have COVID-19 symptoms that put others at risk
          - you have come in close contact with anyone who has these symptoms
          - you returned from an international trip the last three weeks.

  • MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED IN STORE, I WOULD LIKE TO PICK IT UP.

    If your order arrived in store before the closure we have kept it in our shop. You will collect it when your store will re-open. We will give you more details about the deadline at that time.

  • I WOULD LIKE TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM BECAUSE I AM NOT SATISFY. HOW I SHOULD PROCEED ?

    Please kindly keep the items you bought after February 17th and your receipt until the reopening of our stores. We will extend the period of return for 30 days.

  • MY BIRTHDAY OR BIRTH REWARDS EXPIRES SOON. WILL YOU EXTEND THE VALIDITY PERIOD?

    Yes, we have extended the validity. Please use the checks issued from January 16 to May 10th during 6 months. And the checks, issued from May 11th to June 25th, remains valid for 4 months.

  • MY LOYALTY CARD EXPIRED DURING THE QUARANTINE OR WILL EXPIRE VERY SOON. WILL YOU EXTEND THE VALIDITY PERIOD?

    yes, we will extend the validity of all the loyalty cards. All the cards which have expired from March 18th to June 25th will be renewed until July 31st, 2020
