  • I saw that your stores were open again since the 5th of December. Will I be able to benefit from these advantages (loyalty programme, gift card...)

    The stores are indeed open but they are operated by the company "Continental Capital Investments, not via Okaidi Canada. The advantages that "Continental Capital Investments'' could implement are at their initiative and responsibility.
  • Why are you closing your stores?

    Okaidi's economic situation in Canada as well as the continuing challenges related to Covid-19 forced us to enter negotiations with our creditors beginning on October 7 2020. Despite having made substantial progress with our primary creditors, this process was not sufficiently successful to allow us to continue expanding the brand in Canada. We are very grateful to all our sales teams who have worked with us over the years. We hope we have been able to answer your questions and dress your children while respecting our values of quality and sustainable commitment. Our brand project #weactforkids will continue to build your children’s future.
  • Can I still visit the website okaidi.ca?

    The okaidi.ca website will close permanently on December 31 2020. We’ll see you on our global Facebook page @Okaidiworld
  • I would have liked to purchase your clothing online and have it delivered to my home.
    Why didn’t you create an e-commerce website?

    The website okaidi.ca was available so our customers could discover our products and services and also reserve clothing online for in-store pick up. We planned for it to eventually evolve into an e-commerce site. This project was approved and planned to begin at the end of 2020. Unfortunately, due to the current global context we have had to make the difficult decision to close the entire subsidiary before it launched.
  • Will you be opening an e-commerce site where I can order clothing soon?

    Our goal is to offer an exceptional experience, in-store and online. Our warehouses are based in France, so it is not economically feasible for us to sell our clothing on the internet without relay points in Canada.
  • Why don’t you send the packages directly from France?

    We have considered this option. However, at this time shipping costs are very high and managing returns would be difficult. We always want to offer an exceptional customer experience. This is why we have chosen not to offer this option at this time.
  • I want to make an exchange or return an item purchased before the closure. What can I do?

    Unfortunately, under the bankruptcy and insolvency act, we are obliged to close our stores immediately and without notice. It is thus no longer possible to make exchanges or return items you have purchased.
  • I have a birthday or loyalty discount as a member of the loyalty programme. How can I use it? What happens to my loyalty points?

    Under the bankruptcy and insolvency act, we are obliged to close our stores immediately and without notice. Unfortunately loyalty points and discounts are no longer valid.
  • I have a gift card. How can I use it?

    Unfortunately, under the bankruptcy and insolvency act, we are obliged to close our stores immediately and without notice. Gift cards are no longer valid.
  • I reserved an article via using the reservation service on okaidi.ca.

    Our stores are closed. We are sorry to say that you cannot collect reserved items. The in-store collection option has been deactivated on our website.
